On first glance her work looks pleasant but further investigation and the works alludes to something sinister and twisted.

For the Knitted Houses of Crime series, she knitted replicas of houses associated with high profile crimes committed by women. Among the disturbing pieces she crafted there’s a human heart cushion, mutant wool jumpers, sweaters for people with disabilities, etc.

Have a look at her experimental website which looks at the similarities between using the internet and knitting.
