Take the TeleBlaster for example. It allows watching TV programs in a special mode of the signal processing. You can load different effects algorithms from a flash-card or from the manufacturer website.

TeleBlaster allows mixing your videofeeds with a TV broadcast. Plus, you can generate video effects synchronous to sound and get control over information streams.

Television becomes, literally, a Lego set from which users/watcher creates his/her own worlds.

Actually the TeleBlaster sounds too complicated for me, I’d rather have the TV-set Shining Star.
