Throughout the London Design Festival 2005 (15-30 September), Light Bikes, a series of mobile lighting installations will take to the streets after dusk, to accompany visitors to and from the major evening activities.

The bicycles feature the digitally manufactured lunimaries of Lionel Theodore Dean’s FutureFactories project. Produced directly from on-screen models, in laser sintered nylon, the lamps are suspended in minimal frames and glow with rich colour.
