The Electroluminescent clock

Still at the Design Museum, there was the Electroluminescent Clock, by British designer Sam Buxton. He collaborated with Pelikon (a company which has an amazing portfolio of products, see their Universal Remote Control and their concept of flexible watch) to develop a clock featuring a curved illuminated display that shows all the words to tell time in whichever of the three time zone is selected: New York, London or Tokyo.

Sorry for the shameful picture. Couldn’t find any better online but will upload a better one as soon as i can download the snaps i took with the other camera.

The website of the Design Museum has an interview of Buxton where he talks also about his MIKRO-Man.
