Boston Communications Group Inc. has launched in US “Mobile Guardian“, a software package that gives parents or managers tools to regulate phone use.

Users register on a website multiple phone numbers and put weekly or monthly limits on the time each one can be used. When a subscriber got within 10 or 20 minutes of his/her allotment, he or she receives an alert via e-mail , short advisory to the phone, voice mail, or all three.
