BBC Science and Nature has a page where leading scientists and broadcasters tell on videos how they think that science is changing our life.

They also launched the “Imagine Photography Competition” inviting people to send photos illustrating how science is changing our minds, bodies and society. The winner will get photography equipment to the value of £2000.
