Billboard Building (R3 Moto Azabu) is Klein-Dytham‘s lastest building.
The building, conceived like a billboard, is covered with a bamboo print that brings a sense of greeny into the dense Tokyo cityscape. The print also acts as a sun screen reducing gain on this south facing building.

The internal back wall is painted a strong green amplifing the bamboo print at night, turning the building into a huge flat 6m high advertising sign at night.
Although it’s their project smallest project (2.5m wide at one end and 600mm at the other, and 11m in overall length) to date, it’s also a prominent one, situated at a busy crossroads in central Tokyo.
