Qatar is set to substitute robots for jockeys in camel races after having faced protests over the trafficking of young children from the subcontinent as jockeys.

The robots, expected to be ready in 2005, are being developed by an unnamed Swiss company but no further details are yet to be disclosed.
However, sketches of the robots are circulating.
