Your identity in the mirror (part 1)

Looking into the Identity Mirror, the viewer’s face is painted over with identity keywords and interest keywords, computed automatically from a viewer’s social network profile or webpage, using the InterestMap.

For instance, if you specify that you listen to “Kings of Convenience” and enjoy reading Vladmir Nabakov, InterestMap will situate you within its multiple neighborhoods of taste.

When you are distant from the mirror, a question mark is the only keyword painted over the face. As you approach to a medium distance, larger font sized identity keywords such as “fitness buffs”, “fashionistas”, and “book lovers” identify you. Approaching further, your favorite book, film, and music genres are seen. Closer yet, your the name of your favorite authors, musicians, and auteurs will appear, and finally, standing up close, the songs, movies, and book titles become visible.
