A series of i-wish-i-could-go events:

Founders of Bioteknica will conduct live surgery as part of a cabaret benefit and silent auction to be held at SAT on September 22nd. The surgery, entitled Public Autopsy, will accompany a range of provocactive acts, performances and music in support of persecuted artists Critical Art Ensemble and scientist Robert Ferrell. The event culminates with a silent art auction featuring donated works ranging from Canadian and international artists.

The first ever major presentation of contemporary British product design in Israel opens on Sept. 15 at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. PopNoir looks at ‘critical design’ and features projects by Elio Caccavale, Kim Colin, Anthony Dunne, Tal Drori, Sam Hecht, Ingrid Hora, Shona Kitchen, Tobie Kerridge, Ippei Matsumoto, Fional Raby, Aparna Rao, Nikki Stott, Noam Toran.
