Danish designer Alex Soza‘s Bionic Jacket registers whether you’re cold or sweating. It reacts at low temperatures by raising the material up to two centimetres, creating a thermo effect that increases the internal jacket temperature. At high temperatures, the material shrinks all the way down to two millimetres to allow body heat to escape.

Inside is a micro computer –powered by a 6 Volt battery– that monitors the temperature and a display where you can program the temp you wish inside the jacket. The garment will then work to keep that temp. and find a comfortable thickness, at all times.

It weighs no more than 1,9 kg.
