Phone numbers business suits

The Reunification Suit is a business suit with printed phone numbers… a wearable filofax for when technology breaks down.

The Golden version of the suit is to be worn when you travel London. Printed on it are contact details of important numbers in London from the best Fismongers in town to the best Therapist.

The garments are part of the Reunification Project. Pascal Anson assembled collections of objects that once belonged to sets – such as cutlery, tea cups and saucers, tables and chairs – and modified their appearance, giving them new purpose and meaning.

See the work at the (second) Design Mart exhibtion, London’s Design Museum, January 14–February 19. Pictures of the first Design Mart.

Products on view include Julia Lohmann’s lights made from sheep tripe, Roger Arquer’s birdhouses, Committee’s collages of found objects, and Matthias Megyeri’s security devices. Designers Assa Ashuach, Peter Traag, Christopher Pearson, Michael Cross & Julie Mathias, and Caroline Noordijk & Florian Ortkrass will also be among those participating.
