The Blanche Neige (Snow White) Project is a series of on-going interventions launched by Catherine Baÿ in Paris a few years ago.
The Snow Whites are people from diverse backgrounds who arrive with their own interpretation of the character and are invited to adapt the fairy tale figure to themselves. Through performances, conferences, shows, and demonstrations, actors wearing a recyclable costume and a wig made from pre-poured latex, enable Snow White to proliferate throughout the world as if mass-produced.
