NTT DoCoMo and SKY Perfect, the Japanese pay-TV provider, are to test mobile video-clip streaming and program-related information services over the FOMA 3G network. Subscribers will be able to view SKY PerfecTV live and access archived content using DoCoMo’s M-stage V-Live.
