RFID to predict human behaviour

Tagged World Project has developed a system that captures human behaviour patterns using RFID tags, stores them in an XML format, uses the data for predicting users’ future behaviour patterns and provides services proactively.

A scenario: everything in your room is RFID-tagged and you have a mobile RFID reader. If you don’t touch your key before leaving the room, the system can detect it. It will thus infer that you might forget to lock the door, and will therefore alert you.

As Konomi points out, the system is similar to The watch that reminds you you’ve forgotten the keys.
