The WEEE Man project, by the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce, is a 3-ton humanoid figure that consists of the waste electrical and electronic products that an average UK citizen throws out during their lifetime if they carry on disposing of products at the current rate.
The 7-meter tall creature will be unveiled today in London and will be on display for 28 days to highlight the problem of excess electronic waste in British landfills.
