just a small personal experience to underline the gap.
i followed for a while the polemic about showing or not the entire nick berg video. the traditional media have refused to do it. tg.com was attacked just because they show some more stopframe from the videos.
at the end i just tried an easy research on google and in 2 mins i was able to see the full video.
so while the government and traditional media talk about showing or not, a 13 years old guy from nichelino can see the video in a couple of clicks.
